I Want to Stay Alive is one of my favorite series, not because of the story but because of the play of one of my favorite actors, Zahar Dolatshahi.
I Want to Stay Alive (Mikhaham zende bemaanam/میخواهم زنده بمانم) is a drama series directed by Shahram Shah-Hosseini, produced by Mohammad Shayesteh, and written by Majid Molaee, Pouya Saeedi, and Pouria Kakavand.
The series stars Hamed Behdad, Sahar Dolatshahi, Pedram Sharifi, Azadeh Samadi, Ali Shadman, Mehran Ahmadi, Anahita Dargahi, Babak Karimi, Afsaneh Chehre-Azad, Ezzatollah Mehravaran, Nahid Moslemi, Mehdi Hosseini-Nia, Farid Sajjadi-Hosseini, Mohammad Reza Maleki, Mehdi Sabaghi, Roya Javidnia, Nafiseh Zare, Bahareh Kian-Afshar, Maede Tahmasbi, Mani Shah-Hosseini, Amir Norouzi and others.
I Want to Stay Alive tells the story of Homa Haghi (Sahar Dolatshahi) and her fiancé (Pedram Sharifi) who are preparing to surprise Homa’s father (Babak Karimi) on his birthday. But everything changes when the police raid their house and arrest Homa’s father for a crime he did not commit. The series has 20 episodes and is exclusively broadcasted on Filimo and Namava since February 2021.
